Global Impact Trips

Disaster Response Group:

We take a few Disaster Relief Trips each year. During these trips, we clean up, rebuild, and care for families affected by natural disasters. We never know when natural disasters are going to strike, so we want to have a group of people who are prepared to serve. If you register for this group, we will send you information every time we take a Disaster Relief Trip. This is a great way for anyone to serve, but is ideal for people with construction experience and those with flexible schedules.

Kentucky Disaster Response Trip

May 29-June 3

Late last year, Kentucky was hit by some of the worst tornadoes in its history. Our church responded by raising almost $20,000. We donated that money to International Disaster Emergency Service (IDES), who is using it to rebuild homes in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We are now sending a team to serve with IDES as they rebuild homes that were damaged or destroyed by the tornado. Our team will likely work on finishing the interiors of these homes, but we will not know for sure until the week before the trip.

Arizona Mission Trip Recap | October 9-16, 2021

This team served with Lifeline Christian Mission in Winslow, AZ, which borders the Navajo Nation. The team partnered with The Well, a local church, and Red Sands Christian School to reach out to the people in this community. Projects ranged from working with children to building things to ministering to the homeless. This was more than a fall break trip—it was an opportunity to serve and see God moving.
